Shipping policy
Processing time
I am currently shipping orders out on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place an order after 0900hrs (UK time) on Thursday but before 0900hrs (UK time) on Monday, it will be shipped out on Monday. If you place an order after 0900hrs (UK time) on Monday but before 0900hrs (UK time) on Thursday, it will be shipped out on Thursday. Occasionally, my local post office is closed without notice (they only have a single staff member!). In this case, I will try to send all packages the following day.
Carrier
I send all orders through Royal Mail. You have two options for delivery which vary in terms of delivery times, tracking, and compensation for loss. For domestic UK orders, you can select between 1st class or Special Delivery.
Royal Mail 1st Class
- 1-2 business days delivery time
- no tracking
- compensation up to £20 for loss or damage
Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Next day delivery
- tracked and signed for
- compensation up to £50 for loss or damage
For International orders, you can select between International Standard or International Tracked and Signed.
Royal Mail International Standard
- 3-5 business days (Europe) or 6-7 business days (rest of the world) delivery times
- no tracking
- compensation up to £20 for loss or damage
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed
- 3-5 business days (Europe) or 6-7 business days (rest of the world) delivery times
- tracked and signed
- compensation up to £50 for loss or damage
Royal Mail has delivery partners in various countries outside the UK who complete delivery. Please note that the delivery times listed above are from the day of posting, not the day of ordering. I need additional time to process the order (see times above). Once I dispatch an order, I am not responsible for any delays or loss of items. However, if you are concerned with the status of your delivery, please contact me at eddie@sapisrising.com, and I will work with you to contact Royal Mail.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
