These dessert/teaspoons are hand made from sustainably harvested wood from a fallen wild cherry tree in North Wales.
This design is definitely a more modern take on what a spoon should look like! Despite it's unique appearance, it works great when cutting down through cakes and other soft desserts, as well as when measuring out loose leaf tea or sugar. I've found it also works well as a condiment spoon - its length allows you to easily reach the bottom of the jar, and the back of the spoon works like a knife and can be used to spread jam in a pinch. The spoons are approximately 14 cm long and 2.4 cm wide.
